Massages and massage cuddle combi session

In addition, the oxytocin level in your system is increased by touch and genuine attention. Touch therapy, cuddle sessions, and massages can help you with:

The relaxation massage from Tender Touch is aimed at getting you back into the here and now and into your body. By being in the moment, all your energy and attention are focused on the present and healing can take place in your system. In addition, I am trained in Ayurvedic massage therapy and I use this as a basis. This means that in addition to relaxation I will also work on loosening blockages in the body, both physically and emotionally. And of course, a good massage helps to release oxytocin again. Partly thanks to the release of oxytocin, you return homewards again, completely relaxed and happy. The massages are also done on bare skin and I use warm natural oils and warm towels for extra relaxation.
For known clients of Tender Touch it is also possible to book a massage cuddle combination session. This means that there is room for 1 hour of massage, followed by a 30-minute cuddle session. The massage is given on bare skin and for the cuddle session the dress code applies again. You can find more about the code of conduct here..

Also called the cuddle hormone. This hormone is also a neurotransmitter for stimulating and transporting other bodily happiness and relaxation hormones such as serotonin and dopamine. It also helps with lowering the cortisol levels in your system. Oxytocin is produced by pleasant physical contact such as, a massage, cuddling and other forms of loving touch and attention. Oxytocin is our natural painkiller, it helps us relax our system, feel connected, experience more self-love and self-esteem, understanding the emotions of other people better and feel more compassion for ourselves and others. It is a natural booster for daring to start a "social" connection with others and yourself.
